The "MD-Family": CMOS mixed-signal arrays MD100, MD300, MD400, MD500
Our arrays are made using proven SACMOS technology from TSMC in Taiwan and contain digital gates, EPROM cells, resistors, capacitors, some bipolar PNP transistors and all necessary components to create a mixed-signal IC. In addition to the digital capability, the arrays allow analogue circuits with excellent performance to be integrated. A more detailed overview is given under the Technology.

Design software
We recommend SIMetrix for simulation and Laysuite for layout with the arrays. Both pieces of software are available from Catena. The software is efficient and low cost, works on PC under MS Windows or Linux. For more information please see:
