Microdul supplies ultra-low-power temperature sensors. For example, the MS1088D has a typical current consumption of 80nA when measuring once per minute. Typical current in sleep mode between measurements is 20nA. Typical accuracy is ±0.3°C from 10-40°C with a resolution of 0.05°C. It has an operating range from -40°C to 120°C. Communication is via I2C or SPI. The temperature sensors are also available in small chip scale packages and QFN. The chip scale package can be soldered like a normal SMD component.
